Questions
Who holds the money?
You do. Customers pay the deposit through your own Square, Stripe or PayPal link. RetailQuotes never touches the payment.
Can I hide my prices?
Yes. Prices in your catalog stay hidden on your request page unless you turn them on. Customers see prices only on the quote you send.
Do customers need an account?
No. They fill in the form, and the quote comes to their email as a link.
Where does the data live?
On Cloudflare, in the United States. Photos stay private to your store.
Can I use it with my website?
Yes. Paste one line on any site (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, plain HTML), or link to your RetailQuotes page from Instagram or Google.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Your page, quotes and emails work in English and Spanish, and customers can switch.
